Old Tom Morris is one of the most iconic figures in golf history. No golf collection can be considered serious or complete without Morris' name attached to several key pieces. Since golf collecting started over a century ago, one of the most consistently sought-after piece of memorabilia over that time is a golf club made by Old Tom Morris.

The offered club is an Old Tom Morris play club (driver). This long 44 1/4" Old Tom Morris play club dates to approximately the 1880s. Very bold T. Morris stamp on the crown that can be easily seen from several feet away. The original shaft also contains a bold "T. Morris, St Andrews" stamp. Some small top line cracking and a small chip missing from the top of the front face. Overall a good example of Tom Morris' work.
