The young golfing prodigy Chuck Kocsis became the youngest player to win a PGA Tour event when he won the 1931 Michigan Open at 18 years, 6 months old. That record still stands, as he remains the only 18 year old to ever win on Tour. The amateur Kocsis defeated the great Tommy Armour in a playoff to capture his first PGA Tour win.

This is the actual putter used by Kocsis to win the 1931 Michigan Open. According to Kocsis' 1997 letter, this was originally a MacGregor Ivora putter before Kocsis altered the club in his high school shop class! From Shop Class to becoming the youngest PGA Tour winner. What a story.
