1910 Glen View Club Charter, By-Laws, Rules, Officers, and Member Book. Founded in 1897 in Evanston, IL, Glen View Club is a Donald Ross design north of Chicago. Glen View Club played an integral role in early American golf history. The club was won of the founding clubs of the Western Golf Association, and hosted the first Western Open and Western Amateur in 1899. Then Glen View Club hosted two early Major Championships - the 1902 US Amateur, and the 1904 US Open that was won by Willie Anderson. Book is in very good condition.
