To some, especially art lovers, this is the finest Bobby Jones photograph in existence. Famed Hollywood photographer Elmer Fry (seriously, Google him and you'll know what we mean) was able to briefly work with Bobby Jones in the early 1930s. Two iconic Jones images resulted from that collaboration, including the offered work.
Fry did what he did best in this photograph - he made Bobby Jones look like a movie star. This colorized oversize 14" x 10" photograph is autographed by Bobby Jones to one of his best friends, Tom Paine, the 1st Major of East Lake. Professionally framed to 23" x 20". Stamped with Elmer Fry's Hollywood photography stamp on the lower right.
