The 1947 Ryder Cup Matches held at Portland Golf Club are primarily remembered for two reasons - (1) the 11-1 domination by the American Team, and (2) being the first of only 2 Ryder Cups that Ben Hogan would ever play in. Ben Hogan was playing-Captain in 1947. The Americans won every single match during the event except for a lone loss by Herman Keiser to Great Britain's Sam King. 

This is a rare original program from the 1947 Ryder Cup. It is autographed by members of both the British and American Teams, including Ben Hogan (Playing Captain), Jimmy Demaret, Charlie Ward, and Henry Cotton (Britain's Playing Captain). A complete list of autographs is listed below.

Good overall condition. Small paper loss to front cover. Autographs are mostly very high grade.
